How does online optimization work?

Via remote access (e.g. AnyDesk or TeamViewer). You start the connection, we take care of the rest. You don't need to stay at the PC.

How long does the optimization take?

Stage 1: approx. 2-3 hours. Stage 2: approx. 3-5 hours. Stage 3: approx. 1 business day.

Do I need to be present?

For Stage 1+2 (online), you only need to start the remote access. After that, you can sit back. For Stage 3, you bring the PC to us.

What PC information do you need?

Screenshots from Speccy, HWiNFO, or CPU-Z. For Stage 3, also photos of the PC (inside + outside).

What's the difference between the stages?

Accepted Answer

Stage 1 (€150 incl. VAT) covers software basics. Stage 2 (€250 incl. VAT) goes deeper into CPU/RAM optimization. Stage 3 (from €350 incl. VAT) additionally includes hardware work like cleaning, thermal paste, and GPU tuning — on-site only.

Are there travel costs?

If you bring the PC to us: no extra costs. If we come to you: travel costs based on distance (km). We'll discuss details after purchase.

Where can I drop off my PC for Stage 3?

You'll receive the address and appointment details via email after purchase. We're located in the Rhine-Main area.

What is PTM (thermal paste)?

Accepted Answer

Premium thermal paste like Thermal Grizzly Phasepad. Lasts longer and conducts heat better than standard paste.

Do non-gamers benefit too?

Yes! Our optimization improves overall system performance — video editing, streaming, productivity.

Is my PC still safe/stable afterwards?

Yes. We only use proven methods and test everything thoroughly. For Stage 3, the PC undergoes a stress test before return.
